Officials say there are injuries reported with the collision.

TUMWATER, Wash. — At about 1:20 p.m., state highway officials responded to reports of a collision on a northbound Interstate 5 on-ramp in Tumwater.

A semi-truck flipped over, blocking the Trosper Road on-ramp, according to reports.

According to Washington State Patrol officer Kameron Watts, when emergency responders arrived at the scene, they found injured people and an upended trailer leaking gallons of milk onto the roadway. State patrol officers closed the on-ramp.

Watts said that WSP was still investigating the collision, but at least two vehicles were involved: the semi and an SUV. The driver of the SUV, a 26-year-old woman, was arrested on suspicion of DUI at the scene.

Drivers could expect extended closures for the Trosper Rd. on-ramp as of Sunday afternoon, Watts added. There was no ETA for its reopening at the time this story was published.

This is a developing story. Check back here for details.
