Seattle police investigating shooting in CID

According to police, one person was injured by gunfire.

SEATTLE — A person was shot early Thursday morning in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District, according to the Seattle Police Department.

At about 6:30 a.m., Seattle police and fire responded to reports of a shooting in the 400 block of Maynard Avenue South.

One person was injured by gunfire.

No arrests have been made.

No other information about the victims condition or what led to the shooting was immediately available.
