A 16-year-old and 19-year-old were arrested for their alleged involvement in the shooting death of Matthiew Stavkovy.
Matthiew Stavkovy, 13, went to the park with a friend who was selling camera gear. When a suspect began shooting, Stavkovy ran away and was shot in the back.
The suspect was arrested by the Bow Police Department in New Hampshire on Wednesday and was booked into jail as a fugitive from justice.
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department was responding to a domestic violence incident before the shooting.
The suspects ranged in age from 7 to 17, according to the Seattle Police Department.
