SEATTLE — The search for a missing 21-year-old from Seattle has entered its sixth day as multiple law enforcement agencies continue to seek information on his whereabouts.
Jakhobi Hale was last seen Sunday, May 17, while visiting a family member, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities said he told his family he was going into the mountains.
The sheriff’s office said Hale does not have extensive outdoor experience. On Tuesday, May 19, 75 search-and-rescue volunteers, along with a federal agency helicopter, were searching for him, officials said.
Hale reportedly left with a machete, rain jacket and flashlight.
Anyone who has seen Hale or has information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
