Deputies found a man dead on a sidewalk after reports of shots fired Wednesday night near Everett.
EVERETT, Wash. — A man was found shot to death Wednesday night near Everett, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded around 9:20 p.m. to reports of multiple shots fired in the 1100 block of 120th Street SE, just south of Silver Lake.
When they arrived, they found a man dead on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds.
Deputies set up a perimeter and used drones and K-9 units to search for a suspect or suspects, the sheriff’s office said.
No arrests have been made.
Detectives with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit responded to investigate.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the man and determine his cause and manner of death.
