New court records add details to the reported Everett home invasion, where deputies say three women were stabbed.

EVERETT, Wash. — Newly released court documents reveal additional details about a man accused of forcing his way into an Everett home allegedly stabbing three women Monday morning before one of them restrained him until deputies arrived.

Deputies responded around 9:03 a.m. to the 1200 block of 112th Street Southwest for a reported burglary.

The sheriff’s office said a 20-year-old man knocked on the door, then forced his way inside when no one answered.

KING 5 News is not naming the suspect until he has been officially charged.

Investigators said the man was an acquaintance of the victims and not related to them.

According to court documents, one of the women looked through the peephole and saw the man at the front door, vaguely recognizing him as a “friend of a friend” who had been at the home months earlier.

After her mother said she was not expecting anyone, she cracked the door to see what he wanted.

Investigators said that is when he pushed his way inside and ran upstairs.

The court document says the man was later seen rummaging through a closet before the confrontation turned violent.

Investigators wrote that he went “right at” one of the women and began stabbing her. Another woman who tried to step in was also stabbed.

A third woman then came up behind him, put him in a chokehold and held him until deputies got there, according to the sheriff’s office.

One of the women told investigators the man was “just stabbing at anything that got in his way.”

According to court documents, one victim told investigators the man repeatedly said he was “sent by Jesus” and called himself the “right hand of Jesus.”

Deputies took him into custody at the scene. Investigators later recovered an automatic knife near the front door.

The suspect is expected to make a court appearance in Everett at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
