The chicken finger chain, which opened its first western Washington restaurant in Seattle’s University District, announced the Lynnwood location is opening in June.
LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Raising Cane’s, the Louisiana-based chicken finger chain fresh off its buzzworthy debut in Seattle’s University District, is opening another western Washington location later this month.
The chain announced that its new Lynnwood restaurant, featuring a double-lane drive-thru, will open June 23 at 1232 164th St. SW. A grand opening celebration will include a giveaway in which 20 customers will win free Raising Cane’s for a year.
“Crewmembers are at the center of everything we do at Raising Cane’s,” Restaurant Leader Tay Hicks said in a statement. “As we prepare to open our fourth restaurant in Washington and first in Lynnwood, we’re excited to build a strong team that’s passionate about delivering great customer experiences. Whether someone is looking for their first job or a long-term career, Raising Cane’s offers real opportunities to grow, flexible schedules and a culture that truly supports its crew.”
The Lynnwood restaurant will be the company’s fourth in Washington. Raising Cane’s opened its first state location in Vancouver in 2024, followed by Spokane in 2025 and Seattle’s University District in February 2026. The new Lynnwood location is expected to employ more than 170 workers.
A Renton location had previously been planned, but the company told KING 5 in February 2025 that it had scrapped those plans to focus on other opportunities in the region. The company did not rule out future expansion into Renton.
Raising Cane’s has more than 800 locations nationwide.
