BOTHELL, Wash. — A section of Bothell Way Northeast is closed after a two-vehicle collision led to downed power lines Friday, according to Bothell police.
Officers responded to the crash in the 18800 block of Bothell Way Northeast just before 3 p.m. During the collision, a power pole was hit, causing electrical lines to fall across the roadway.
Authorities have shut down Bothell Way Northeast in both directions while emergency crews and utility workers work to secure the area and address the hazard.
Officials have not announced when the road is expected to reopen.
Drivers are being urged to stay away from the area and seek alternate routes until the closure is lifted.
