MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho — Four crew members ejected safely from two U.S. Navy aircraft that collided mid-air during a demonstration in Idaho Sunday, according to the U.S. Pacific Fleet.

The aircraft involved were two EA-18G Growler aircraft assigned to Electronic Attack Squadron 129 out of Whidbey Island. They were participating in an aerial demonstration near Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho, according to the U.S. Pacific Fleet.

The two aircraft were part of a demonstration involving four air crew members.

All four crew members safely ejected from the aircraft and are being evaluated by medical personnel, Umayam said. First responders were on scene following the collision.

The incident remains under investigation. Officials said more information will be released as it becomes available.
