SEATTLE — Your plans for Labor Day Weekend are set, Seattle.
Bumbershoot Arts & Music Festival announced its 2026 lineup on Tuesday, hosting its 53rd year Sept. 5-6 in Seattle.
Organizers call the longtime arts and music festival “a celebration of Pacific Northwest culture rooted in creativity, community, and the spirit of artistic exploration.”
This year’s Saturday headliner is Turnstile, a punk breakout band who earned two Grammy Award nominations for Best Metal Performance and Best Rock Album in February.
Sunday welcomes hometown headliner Death Cab for Cutie, a rock band from Bellingham founded in 1997. The band’s newest album, I Built You A Tower, is set to be released on June 5.
Festivalgoers will also see performances by Japanese Breakfast, Blood Orange, Bikini Kill, Orville Peck, De La Soul, Chase & Status, Yves Tumor and more throughout the weekend.
Bumbershoot is held under the Space Needle across the Seattle Center grounds.
Visual Arts to be seen at the festival include immersive installations, dance and performance art, and fashion showcases, among other exhibits.
The festival will include a culinary lineup of local vendors only, according to organizers.
This year, the festival offers three ticket options – general admission, general admission plus re-entry or deluxe experiences – and all guests can enjoy beverages while roaming the festival grounds.
Kids under 12 years old are allowed into the festival for free with an adult who has a ticket.
Tickets for the 2026 event are on sale now at bumbershoot.com.
