
A driver in Kitsap County suffered a medical emergency on Christmas Eve and crashed into a coffee shop. Four people were injured, according to state patrol.
KITSAP COUNTY, Wash. — Four people were injured when a driver suffered a medical issue and crashed into a coffee shop in Kitsap County, according to Washington State Patrol (WSP).
Trooper Katherine Weatherwax said a vehicle drove into a coffee shop in Gorst, a town about 4 miles from Port Orchard.
The four people in the vehicle at the time of the crash and taken to the hospital, Weatherwax said on X.
Power lines were knocked down in the crash and a sewage spill also occurred.
WSP said the Department of Ecology has been advised of the incident.
